If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 HOURS NOTICE, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

If you do not attend or “no-show” on your scheduled appointment, you will also be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

Cancellation and rescheduling can be completed in your JANE portal prior to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. All other scheduling changes should be completed by calling or texting us at 780-680-6944.

Initial Adult and Pediatric Assessments: $200 Follow Up Adult and Pediatric Appointments: $150
